Jack Osborne he was the last celebrity recruit to leave Special Forces: the toughest test in the world season 2. During the Nov. 13 episode, the 38-year-old was medically forced to leave the show after visiting the doctor for his elevated heart rate. Hollywood life He spoke exclusively with Jack about the need to leave the selection process prematurely.
“I was very upset, very upset,” Jack said. “I didn’t want to leave. They forgot to take my watch when I came in because we were all covered up the whole time. I didn’t say anything and I have a smart watch that monitors my heart rate and everything. For those who have to pass 48 hours before I went to the doctor (not that we had much time just wandering around the shed), I was monitoring my heart rate and it was hovering between 100 and 110 beats per minute. It was just me lying there.
He continued: “The morning I asked to see the doctor, I received an alert that his heart rate was unusually high. Normally my resting heart rate, like when I sleep, drops to 48. It wasn’t below 90. I just thought they would give me something and I would be fine. The doctor said we can’t give you anything, so you should leave and go to the hospital immediately.”

Jack admitted that the whole situation was “very disheartening” for him. After he left the program, doctors spent weeks “trying to understand” why he had such a high heart rate. He found the answer in a friend.
“One of my best friends is a retired Special Forces medic,” Jack explained. “I talked to him the other day and he said, ‘Hey, are you cheating on me? Because you said you had to give up. It seems like you are strong. And I said, “No, they medically removed me.” He asked me what happened and I thought, “My heart rate wasn’t dropping.” He says: “Man, in the national team it’s just due to lack of potassium.” Literally all you would have to do is mash a bunch of bananas or take some potassium supplements and you’ll be fine.’”
While with the doctor, the rest of the recruits faced one of their most difficult challenges. They were loaded onto a helicopter and submerged. “That would have suited me,” Jack observed. “I would have totally been okay with fighting after that. The reason I went there was because I wanted to fight the Red Man.”
The tests faced by the famous recruits during the second season were grueling. However, Jack pointed out that the challenges were actually the “easiest part” of the project Special forces experience. “The challenges don’t last more than a few minutes,” the reality star said. “Alarming. There are a lot of heights. There are a lot of weird things you have to do, but physically they don’t really kick your ass. The hard part is constantly running everywhere with a heavy backpack and that wears you out. There’s a constant buzz of anxiety that just doesn’t translate on camera, which is very frustrating because the psychological component is the hard part.”
During his appearance on the show, Jack spoke about his multiple sclerosis diagnosis. “The sweet irony is that I had to limit myself due to some random heart issue and not even MS related,” Jack said. Hollywood life. “For me it wasn’t a problem. I do a lot of physical things. I wasn’t too worried about that. It’s always on your mind, but it wasn’t at the forefront. In fact the topic was only brought up because the DS brought it up or in conversation with the other recruits, but it wasn’t a big deal to me. I’m very lucky as far as it goes right now. I feel really good and healthy with this.
Jack also revealed how his parents, Sharon AND Ozzy Osbournehe reacted when he joined Special forces season 2. Turns out Sharon didn’t see it until last week!

“It was funny. I was at my mom’s house Saturday night. I asked him, ‘Did you watch any shows?’ And she said, ‘No. Where can I get it? So I put it on Hulu for her and she watched the whole thing,” Jack revealed. “She called me yesterday and asked me all kinds of questions. I don’t know.” . I don’t think they realized what I was doing. We are always busy too. It’s one of those things where someone says, “Oh, I’m working on a show.” And you say, “Okay, bye.” “And don’t think about it too much.”
OH Portals to hell The star added that it’s “very difficult” not to talk to his new wife. Gearhart areas while competing. “A lot of bad things happened at home. My daughter got sick. She was tough, so she was happy when I called her and told her I was coming home,” Jack said. Special forces It airs Mondays at 9pm on FOX.
