TERRIFIER 3 director teases “controversial” opening scene.

When you go to see a Terrifying movie, horror movie fans know exactly the kind of bloody, gory madness they’re getting themselves into. This is the kind of horror franchise that intentionally wants to make audiences uncomfortable and queasy.

These films feature some horrifyingly brutal murder scenes that are not for the faint of heart. Indeed, Terrifier 2 has audience members vomiting in theaters. Franchise director Damiano Leone is now teasing the opening sequence of Terrifier 3calling it “controversial.”

In the upcoming sequel, Art the Clown poses as Santa Claus, waking up the children in the house he breaks into, and during an interview with JoBlo, Leone explained that Terrifier 3’s opening scene is so crazy that movie studios wouldn’t let never came to fruition. . He said:

“So mark my words, I guarantee you the first 5 minutes of this movie will be very controversial. But this isn’t even the scene of the big kill. So that’s why I thought, I have to make this movie myself, because it’s just too… it’s too crazy.”

Judging by what we know Terrifier 3 so far and what he is saying here, it seems to me that audiences will watch Art The Clown brutally kill young children on Christmas Eve. It’s the only thing I can think of that would take this already crazy franchise to a controversial level.

It’s explained that the third installment of the film will see “Art the Clown wreak havoc on the unsuspecting residents of Miles County as they peacefully fall asleep on Christmas Eve.”

When previously we talked about the pressure of overcoming the bloody madness of the second film Terrifier 3the director said:

“Sometimes there are sleepless nights where, ‘Oh my God, I can’t disappoint the fans of this franchise.’ They’re always waiting for the next big kill scene, the next big gory scene. How am I going to complete the now infamous hacksaw scene in the first part, and now in the second film? At conventions I get asked, ‘How are you going to get past the bedroom scene?’ I always want to overcome obstacles and try to see if I can outdo myself from the previous episode.

“There was actually a kill that I was going to put in Terrifier that happened to Jenna Kanell’s character, Tara. After the hacksaw scene, there was another torture scene. I knew that putting them one after the other would completely throw the audience off because it would be too much to handle. So it was a kill I kept on the back burner… I didn’t even put it in part two. So that’s what I might explore. But there’s another one that I thought of about a month ago, where I clicked and said “This is going to be the next bedroom murder scene” – you’ll know it when you see it. I can’t say for sure that I’ll ever top any of these scenes – it’ll always be subjective – but you’ll know it when you see it.

David Howard Thornton he will return to play Art again and will be joined by him Lauren LaVera. It was also revealed that Terrifier 3 will have a much bigger budget to work with. This budget is “intended to give filmmakers more creative freedom and let them be as wild as possible. And, jokes aside, this year we will aim for that Oscar.”

Leone said: “I will continue to push the limits Terrifier 3, and I can’t wait for you to see what’s in store for Art the Clown. This kind of horror isn’t for everyone. It’s sadistic stuff and it’s even hard for me to watch this kind of stuff, and I love horror movies!
