The trailer for the romantic comedy has been released Love virtually, which explores dating in the modern world. The film is the protagonist SNL actress Cheri Oteriand character actor Stephen Tobolowskyfrom who you know groundhog day AND The Goldbergs, as well as Peter Gilroy, Tom Virtue, Nikki Howard, Daniele Kriva, Paige MobleyAND Paul F. Tompkins.
The film is directed by LE Doug Staimanfrom a screenplay he collaborated on Cheston Mizel.
The synopsis reads:
In a world where the Metaverse has been widely adopted, four couples go to great lengths to find true love in a virtual world. Love Virtually is a retro-future satirical romantic comedy for the Metaverse era, fusing live action and 3D animation as it explores and exposes the absurd reality of our world and where we’re going, probing life’s deepest questions such as: How does a celebrity do it? find someone who loves them for who they really are? Is it cheating if it’s in VR? and, is it cheating if it’s with an AI?
It doesn’t look that good. Pretty cheesy, but like a mindless movie you could throw on if you don’t want to get into anything too heavy.
