Konami is looking forward to the new year. They recently announced a new 85 card set for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG called Millennium Labyrinth. This set will feature a mix of cards from the anime that haven’t made it to the TCG yet, as well as “some of today’s hottest tournament-level cards…” I’m very interested to see what these tournament-level cards are as the release only highlights some of the cards from the anime. Put your guesses in the comments below.
In the meantime, here are some of the featured anime cards: Pegasus’ Eye of Illusion; Clorless of Brron, Chaos King of the Dark World; Bonfire from GX; Harmonic Synchronic Fusion by Sergey Volkov; Number 1: Buzz King infection from ZEXAL; and Transaction Rollback by Yusaku Fujiki. As you can see, they come from a wide variety of anime titles, meaning there’s something for everyone to some extent. What anime cards are you hoping to see in? Millennium Labyrinth?
Millennium Labyrinth will launch on January 19, 2024 at a price of $4.49 per pack. Each pack will include seven cards including 1 foil and 6 rare cards. You can find the rarity breakdown here:
-
11 Ultra Rares
-
16 Super Rares
-

-
1 rare secret from the quarter of a century
