It’s been a while since then Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was released, but some concept art recently surfaced in the book “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness – The Art of the Movie” and MCU Direct shared it on social media.
The illustration offers a look at an alternate costume for John Kransinski’s Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, who appeared in the film. The alternate design features the character wearing a more comic-accurate costume with the iconic blue and silver costume.
In the end, Marvel went with a more modern design, which worked perfectly, but I still love those original costumes from the comic. Check out the alternative designs below and let us know what you think.
