Some new images from Toho’s upcoming Godzilla film have been released Godzilla minus one, which many fans are excited to see. This series of images shows the King of the Monsters wreaking havoc in Tokyo. They make fun of good old fashioned Kaiju choas.
The story is set in post-war Japan: “Godzilla Minus One will once again show us a Godzilla who is a terrifying and overwhelming force.” It is explained that after the war “Japan’s economic situation was reduced to zero. Godzilla appears and throws the country into a negative state.”
The film was written and directed by Takashi Yamazaki, and I’m pretty excited about it. It looks like it’s going to be a great Godzilla movie and you can watch the trailer here. This film looks much better than all the Kaiju films Legendary Pictures has produced over the years.
Godzilla minus one will be released in American theaters on December 1st.
