I’m so excited to share the new trailer for Star Wars: Ahsoka with you today! This thing is damn awesome and is filled with thrilling and exciting new footage that will have fans so excited for what this series will offer! I am so excited about this series of Dave Filoniand I have no doubt it will offer something special!
As a huge fan of Ahsoka’s character, I really want this to be one of the best Star Wars projects made under Disney’s reign over Lucasfilm. I want Filoni to prove to everyone that he is the one who should be responsible for all things Star Wars.
The official logline reads: “Set after the fall of the Empire, Star Wars: Ahsoka follows former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano as she investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.
The show will pick up where Star Wars Rebels interrupted and the search for Ezra Bridger begins. The series is set after the fall of the Empire, Ahsoka “follows former Jedi Knight Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson) while investigating an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.
That threat is Grand Admiral Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen), which we get a first look in the trailer, and Ezra took off with him to an unknown location. Sabine (Natasha Liu Bordizzo) joins Ahsoka on her journey, and is still very dedicated to finding Ezra. They will be joined by Hera Syndulla (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), most likely the droid, Chopper and Zeb will also return.
The series is also starring Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker, Ivanna Sakhno, Eman Esfandi like Ezra, Ray Stevenson such as Baylon, e Ivanna Sakhno like ShinHati.
The limited series is written by Dave Filoni which produces executive along with Jon Favreau AND Kathleen Kennedy.
Ahsoka will debut on Disney+ on August 23, 2023. Bring it!
