Maggie Q stars in trailer for Badass revenge thriller FEAR THE NIGHT

A trailer for the revenge thriller has been released Fear the nighthero Maggie Q, Travis Martell, Kat Foster, James Carpino, Highdee Kuan, Ito AghayereAND Gia Crovatin. The film follows a group of women on the weekend runaway who are hunted down and one of them leads the others to defend themselves. It is written and directed by Neil LaBute (Nurse Betty, Possession, The shape of things, The Wicker Man, Death at a funeral).

The synopsis reads:

“In Fear the Night, eight women attend a bachelorette party on a remote farm in the hills of California. They are interrupted by the arrival of masked intruders who surround the venue and begin shooting arrows at the house and guests. One of the partygoers, Tess, a military veteran battling her addictions and difficulty fitting in with other people, leads the women to make a stand against the attackers as they fight back to save themselves over the course of a single blind. Night.”

It feels like a solid thriller and I like the idea of ​​a group of women able to stand up for themselves when shit goes down. Maggie Q looks like a total badass in the film. I can’t wait to see it in action. Check out the trailer below and see Fear the night in select US theaters and on VOD July 21.
