Sony Pictures has released a Red-Band trailer for its upcoming Marvel film Kraven the hunterwhat stars Aaron Taylor Johnson in the lead role. Many fans have been intrigued by this movie and now you have your first look at it in all its brutal and bloody glory! This movie really looks like it’s going to be good!
Kraven The Hunter has an R rating and you will see why when you watch this trailer. This movie does not hold back the insane violence! The film is described as “the visceral story of how and why one of Marvel’s most iconic villains came to be.”
The story is also said to be set “before his infamous revenge with Spider-Man” which means this movie could actually have the character face off against Spider-Man which makes me happy because that’s what I want to see!
In Kraven the Hunter, Russian immigrant Sergei Kravinoff is on a mission to prove he is the world’s greatest hunter. Taylor-Johnson called the project “a Marvel film that is strongly rooted in the real world. We know he is a fierce hunter, a highly trained killer. He enthusiastically proclaimed, “Shit yeah, it’s going to be R-rated!”
JC Chandor is directing the film from a script by Mark art AND Matt Holloway (Iron man), and is also the protagonist Ariana DeBose like Calypso, Russell Crowe as Nikolai Kravinoff, Fred Hechinger like Chameleon, Alexander Nivola like a bad stranger, Levi Miller, and star Catch-22 Christopher Abbot as the main villain, The Foreigner.
Kraven the Hunter hits theaters on October 6, 2023.
