Hugh Grant has come on board a new horror film project set up at A24 titled Hereticand will be directed by ScottBeck AND Bryan Woodswho wrote A quiet place. Hugh Grant doesn’t actually make horror films, so this is definitely a different genre to play in.
The film is said to follow two Mormon missionary sisters “attempting to convert a man who turns out to be far more dangerous than they could have anticipated.” I guess Grant will take on the role of the eccentric man if he ends up being cast officially.
Chloe Estwhich appeared in Steven Spielberg’S The Fabelmansshe’s also in talks to join the film, and may end up being cast as one of the missionary nuns.
Grant recently appeared in the Paramount/eOne fantasy adventure film Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves which ended up being a great movie, and Grant gave us an entertaining performance.
Beck and Woods also served as executive producers and helped write the recently released adaptation of Stephen King’S The boogeyman.
