Marvel Studios has released a new TV spot for its upcoming Disney+ series Secret invasion as well as a poster. In this series, Samuel L.JacksonNick Fury is facing a Skrull invasion of Earth, and what makes it so difficult is that no one can really tell who the invaders are.
The new trailer points out that Nick Fury is the most wanted man on the planet and that, for some reason, he will have to face this threat alone, without the support of his friends, which doesn’t make much sense, but it’s okay.
This story is set in the current MCU, “Nick Fury learns of a clandestine invasion of Earth by a faction of shapeshifting Skrulls. Fury joins his allies, including Everett Ross, Maria Hill, and the Skrull Talos, who has made a life for himself on Earth. Together they race against time to thwart an impending Skrull invasion and save humanity.
The series is also starring Ben Mendelsohn, Cobie Smulder, Martin Freemann, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Charlayne Woodard, Killian Scott, Samuel Adewunmi, Dermot Mulroney, Christopher McDonald, Katie Finneranwith Emilia Clarke, Olivia ColmannAND Don Cheadle.
Based on Brian Michael Bendis, Leinil Francesco Yu, Marco MoralesAND Laura Martin’S comic series, Secret Invasion is produced by Kyle Bradstreet (Mister Robot), with Let him go director Thomas Bezucha AND Ali Selim (The Looming Tower) set as administrators.
