Nic Pizzolattothe creator of HBO True detective, will play in the Marvel Studios sandbox. The director was hired to work Mahershala Ali’S Lama movie. A dark vampire project like this seems like it could be the perfect project for Pizzolatto as his storytelling style captures a kind of dark and gritty tone that would work perfectly for supernatural vampire movie.

Pizzolatto previously worked with Ali on the third season of True Detective. The initial draft of the Blade script was written by Michael Starrbury ( When they see us), and according to the report, Pizzolatto is preparing that draft and has already been working on it for a few weeks.
Blade will begin production in late May in Atlanta with Yann Demangewho directed the pilot of HBO’s groundbreaking horror series Country of Lovecraft, directed. It was previously reported that Marvel is looking to adopt “a darker tone in this film than other MCU projects in the past.”
Blade was created by writer Marv Wolfman and artist Gene Colan for the 1973s Dracula’s tomb No. 10. He is a half-mortal, half-immortal who hunts vampires to avenge his mother, who was killed by a vampire while giving birth to him.
My Goth AND Delroy Lindo they are both also attached to star in the film. Marvel has set a release date for September 6, 2024.
