As you heard, Jonathan Major he’s in the midst of a crazy situation as he’s been charged with multiple allegations of harassment and assault involving a domestic dispute with a 30-year-old woman in New York City. The lawyer representing the actor says he is “completely innocent” of the charges and they are gathering all the evidence they need to clear him of the charges.

Meanwhile, things are falling apart for Majors and his talent manager Entertainment 360 is said to have walked out on him in a recent report. Deadline notes that the departure was “due to issues relating to the actor’s personal behavior.” Majors was already retired from public relations firm The Lede Company last month.
With all of this going on, fans have been wondering what Marvel Studios is going to do next. Due to the fact that they built the next five years of MCU movies around Majors, who plays Kang, you’d think they’d be really breaking a sweat right now because they’ve invested so much in the actor. Well, according to the report, “there have been no conversations in the Marvel camp to ax Majors from the MCU.”
So while everyone else involved with Majors is walking away from him, it looks like Marvel and Disney are standing by him… for now. I guess it all depends on what happens when he goes to court. Hollywood went all in with Majors, and I have no doubt that the “Hollywood fixers” are doing their best to make this all go away.
I can’t help but wonder what Marvel would do if things turn out unexpectedly and end up bringing Majors down for it. Sounds like a big deal, so you’d think Marvel would be talking about backup plans!
Majors’ attorney said earlier in a statement, “Jonathan Majors is completely innocent and is likely the victim of an altercation with a woman he knows. We are rapidly gathering and presenting evidence to the District Attorney with the expectation that all charges will be dropped shortly.”
The lawyer also released a series of text messages to the press, which really didn’t do Majors any favors. The woman took the blame for the quarrel. The text messages said, “Please let me know you are ok when you get this message. They assured me that you will not be charged. They said they had to arrest you as per protocol when they saw my injuries and knew we had a fight. I’m so angry they did. And I’m sorry you’re in this position. He will make sure nothing happens to it. I told them it was my fault for trying to grab your phone. I just got out of the hospital. Call me when you’re out. I love you.”
So, she made him attack her when she took his phone? Yes, she doesn’t play well. I’m not sure why his lawyer would release those messages as they do more harm than good.
