Disneyland After Dark hosts the first Pride Nite events

Disneyland’s festive after-hours special events promotion Disneyland After Dark will host its first Pride celebrations, taking place over two nights during Pride month in June. Dubbed Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite, the events will celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies and will take place on June 13 and 15, officials announced.

Pride Nite events include after-hours park admission, themed entertainment, Disney characters, photo opportunities, special menus, merchandise and more.

They will start with a 3-hour pre-party jam from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and will be followed by a private party from 9:00 PM to 1:00 AM. During this time, guests can ride a number of popular rides after the park’s regular hours.

The evenings program also includes the Pride Nite Cavalcade down Main Street with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Clarabelle, Donald, Daisy and Goofy in specially designed outfits.

Guests can also join Stitch at the Ohana Dance Party on Tomorrowland Terrace; Visit the Pride Nite Dance Club along the Rivers of America; Participate in the country line dance at the Golden Horseshoe; Take a photo for backgrounds with inspirational messages or Disney characters; and check out Haunted Mansion, Indiana Jones Adventure and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Snacks prepared especially for the event include the Chocolate Almond Churro at New Orleans Square, Spiced Beef Potato Loaded Bites at the Red Rose Tavern, a Berry Cheesecake Funnel Cake at the Stage Door Cafe, and a Grapefruit Lemonade Soda at the Galactic Grill.

A limited number of Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite tickets go on sale today at 9:00 am. PT presale for Magic Key holders and April 20 at 9:00 a.m. PT for the general public.
