James Gunn Fun Origin behind a new poster GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL.  3

Marvel Studios has released a new Real 3D poster for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and features a young Rocket Raccoon in front of a blackboard filled with math equations. Well, it turns out this idea came from a little scribble James Gunn sketched when he was finishing a draft of the film script.

Gunn shared the poster on his social media account along with the original sketch he drew. She also shared a note with pictures saying:

“When I was finishing a first draft of #GotGVol3 years ago, I made this little scribble on a page of the script and sent a photo to Kevin Feige. Years later, these talented souls turned it into a poster.”

So, there’s a fun little behind-the-scenes story of how this movie poster design came to be!

In “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” our beloved band of misfits are settling on Knowhere. But it’s not long before their lives are turned upside down by echoes of Rocket’s turbulent past. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him on a perilous mission to save Rocket’s life – a mission which, if not successfully completed, could lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 stars Chris Pratt like Star-Lord, Zoe Saldana like Gamora, Dave Bautista like Drax, Karen Gillan like Nebula, Sean Gunn as Kraglin/Rocket on set, Afternoon Clementeff like mantis, Bradley Cooper such as Rocket, and Vin Diesel like Groot. There are also new additions to the cast Will Poult such as Adam Warlock e Chukwudi Iwuji such as the High Evolutionary as well as Daniela Melchior, Nico SantoAND Borat next movie‘S Maria Bakalova like Cosmo the space dog.

Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be released in US theaters on May 5.
