Newcomers to the franchise include a four-time Grammy nominee/Latin Grammy winner Camila Cabello like Viva; Zosia Mamet (Girls, The flight attendant) as a crimp; and 12-time Emmy-winning drag icon Ru Paul Charles like Miss Maxine.

Here is the synopsis of the film:

After two movies of true friendship and relentless flirting, Poppy (Anna Kendrick) and Branch (Justin Timberlake) are now officially, finally, a couple (#broppy)! As they grow closer, Poppy learns that Branch has a secret past. He was once part of his favorite boyband phenomenon, BroZone, with his four brothers: Floyd (Golden Globe-nominated electropop phenom Troye Sivan), John Dory (Eric André; Sing 2), Spruce (Grammy-winning Daveed Diggs; Hamilton) and Clay (Grammy winner Kid Cudi). BroZone disbanded when Branch was still a child, as did the family, and Branch hasn’t seen his brothers since. But when Branch’s brother Floyd is kidnapped for his incredible musical talent by a pair of nefarious pop star villains — Velvet (Emmy winner Amy Schumer; Trainwreck) and Veneer (Grammy winner and Tony nominee Andrew Rannells; The Book of Mormon) — Branch and Poppy must embark on a harrowing and emotional journey to reunite the other siblings and save Floyd from a fate even worse than pop culture obscurity.

This is definitely a sequel for the fans, and my family are fans. I love watching these movies with my kids. They are fun and filled with great music. Check out the trailer and movie poster below and watch Trolls unite in theaters November 17.
