When it comes to Lost Vegas, the project does not appear to be progressing as smoothly. Snyder’s update on that is: “I will say there was a slight stalemate on the Lost Vegas animated [series]. For technical reasons, he’s gone a bit off the rails.”
That story will follow Matthias Schweighöfer character by Ludwig Dieter from Army of the Dead. When previously speaking of Lost Vegasalso directed by Schweighöfer, Snyder said in a statement:
“I am incredibly excited about the opportunity to collaborate again with Netflix as we expand the ‘Army of the Dead’ universe both with an international prequel and by exploring the visually dynamic world of animation. It’s been a great partnership and we’re thrilled that Netflix considers this IP as great as we do.”
