    • Scotland Yard: Sherlock Holmes Edition

      • Celebrate 40 years of Ravensburger’s classic board game with a Sherlock Holmes twist! Professor Moriarty is on the run. He was last seen escaping in a balloon over the Thames. Use your deductive reasoning to catch him, but be careful: Moriarty is dangerous and invents other crimes. (Ages 10 and Up / $39.99 MSRP / Available on Amazon)

    • Echoes: The Cursed Ring

      • Ravensbuger’s line of Echoes is a highly immersive audio mystery series in which players use a deck of picture cards and spine-tingling sound clues to complete a story and solve a mystery. In echos: The Cursed Ring, a mysterious heirloom endangers a young woman. Is the ring cursed? Listen to the echoes of the past to discover the truth. (Ages 14 and Up / $10.99 MSRP / Available on Amazon)

  • ThinkFun games

    • Cold case: end of the line

      • Two homicides afflict Pauvigny, France. Packed with realistic crime related documents, use your best detective skills to solve the case. Great for solving alone or with a small group of friends, Cold Case: End of the Line has twists and turns for hours of thrilling play. (Ages 14 and Up / $11.99 MSRP / Available on Amazon)

    • Escape the Room: Murder in the Mafia

      • The first thing you notice when you walk into your office is Mickey Malone’s dead body. Mickey was the chief enforcer of the local mob. You’ve had your run-ins with Mickey and might consider the news of his death a good thing, were it not your gun on the floor next to him. Dude, you hate Mondays. (Ages 14 and Up / $34.99 MSRP / Available on Amazon)

If you need a starting point on this list, I highly recommend it Echoes. I played a different scenario, but it was really fun. It doesn’t have much replay value unless you wait long enough to forget the walkthrough, but the price is low enough that it’s not a big deal. I think all of these sounds are pretty funny, but I think I’m very intrigued by Escape the Room: Murder in the Mafia. What do you think, do you like a good mystery game? Which would you most like to play?
