A new trailer for the fantasy action film has been released Knights of the Zodiacwhich is a live-action adaptation of the 1986 manga, created by Masami Kurumada. The new trailer isn’t too long, but it packs quite a punch and showcases some pretty awesome visuals!
The best-selling fantasy manga series incorporates aspects of Greek mythology into its story, and in it, the Greek goddess Athena is locked in an age-old war with other members of her family, all of whom are trying to take over the planet. Athena ends up reincarnated in the body of a young girl named Sienna.
The film follows a headstrong street orphan named Seiya, who is searching for his kidnapped sister when he unknowingly taps into hidden powers. “He Discovers that he may be the only person alive capable of protecting a reincarnated goddess sent to watch over humanity. Can he let go of her past and embrace her destiny to become a Knight of the Zodiac?
The film was directed by The witcher Tomasz Baginskiand is also the protagonist Madison Iseman, Mackenyu, Famke Janssen, Marco DacascoAND Sean Bean.
Knights of the Zodiac will be released overseas on April 28 and will hit theaters worldwide at a later date.
