Saban Films Acquires Worldwide Rights to Stephen Lang and Harvey Keitel Action Thriller Hellfire – EFM

EXCLUSIVE: Saban Films has acquired the worldwide rights to action thrillers hellfirewith Stephen Lang, Harvey Keitel and Dolph Lundgren here at the European Film Market.

Directed by Isaac Florentine and written by Richard Lowry, the title follows a drifter (Lang) with a mysterious past who arrives in a small town to find its residents in the clutches of a ruthless crime boss and realizes he must help them . .

Currently in post-production, hellfire is produced by Sasha Yelaun, Robert Paschall Jr., Daniel Lief and Johnny Remo. Executive producers are Dominic Burns, Rob Simmons, Ante Novakovic, Jeff Miller, Ronnie D. Lee, Sterling Griffin, Adam Sigal, BI Rosen, Frederic Demey, Grant Palmer, Krystyna Swiecka, Cecil Chambers, Seth Sklar, Keli Price and Jenny Shakeshaft, Brian Katz, Thomas Zambeck, Matthew Ianniello Jr., Mehrdad Moayedi, Chad Oliver and Ryan Hicks.

The deal was negotiated by Shanan Becker for Saban Films and Sasha Yelaun.

New additions to the Saban Films roster are: Action Spy Thrillers the darkness of man with Jean Claude Van Damme; Jon Keyes the cleaning crew, with Jonathan Rhys Meyers, Melissa Leo and Antonio Banderas; the last girl, with Alice Eve, Shelley Hennig and Antonio Banderas; and that of Pierre Morel The Ambushthe highest grossing Arabic language film of all time in the UAE and Saban’s first non-English language film acquisition.

Also picked up: Jason Momoas The Last Manhunt; American killer with Tom Pelphrey, Ryan Phillippe, Idina Menzel and Jacki Weaver; Ana Lily Amirpour Mona Lisa and the Blood Moon with Kate Hudson and Jun Jong Seo; Brett Donowo’s Western The old way with Nicholas Cage; Adam Sigal’s Dark Comedy Reincarnation Vehicle with John Malkovich; And butcher crossing with Cage, which will have its world premiere at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival.
