The Charlie Cox-starring reboot is preparing to begin filming on the series for Disney+ this February, and which will run until next December, making it Marvel Studios’ longest-running production to date.

In his statement, Vincent D’Onofrio says ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ will be very different from the Netflix series, which “as we know, was incredible. However, this is new and very clever. We will surprise everyone with this new series. And yes, it’s going to be pretty awesome,” the actor concluded on his social media.

‘Daredevil: Born Again’: ‘They have no idea what to expect’
