Sam Worthington ranges from making big-budget epics that break box office records to making a low-budget action by Saban Films titled Transfusion. The first trailer for this generic looking film set in the underworld has been released.

In the film, Worthington plays a former Special Forces agent trying to protect his son and finds himself plunged “into the criminal underworld for one last mission in this brawny, emotionally charged thriller.”
The film was written and directed by Matt Nable who also stars in the film alongside Worthington and Phoebe Tonkin.
The film will hit theaters and VOD in 2023.
