


Brendon Urie and his wife Will be They are expecting their first child! The 35-year-old singer shared that his 35-year-old wife was pregnant in a social media post by his band Panic! On The Disco’s Instagram account on Tuesday 24th January. With the exciting news that he would become a father for the first time, he revealed that he has sadly decided to end P!ATD. “Well that was a nice ride,” he wrote in the post. “But sometimes a journey has to end for a new one to begin.”

Brendon began the statement by reflecting on what he and the group have accomplished since their beginnings in Las Vegas. He explained that he was very excited to become a father and to see where life would go for him and his wife, to whom he has been married since 2013. “Sarah and I are expecting a baby soon! The prospect of being a father and seeing my wife become a mother is both reassuring and exhilarating,” he wrote. “I can’t wait for this next adventure.”
With the news that he’s about to be a father, Brendon shared that it meant he was putting P!ATD on rest. “I will close this chapter of my life and focus my attention and energy on my family and with her, Panic! At The Disco will be gone,” he wrote, before extending his thanks to the fans who made the band’s career so memorable. I’ve sat here trying to find the perfect way to say this and I really can’t express myself. words how much it’s meant to us. Whether you’ve been here from the start or just getting to know us, it’s been a pleasure to not only share the stage with so many talented people, but also to share our time with you.”

Brendon has shared that the band’s upcoming UK and European tour, which runs from February 20 to March 10, will be the band’s last tour. He concluded with another word of thanks. “I love you. I like you. Thanks for existing,” he wrote.
Panic! At The Disco was formed in 2004 by Brendon, guitarist ryan ross, bass player brent wilson, and drummer Spencer Smith. They released their debut album A fever you can’t sweat out in 2005, which received widespread critical acclaim and featured the hit “I Write Sins Not Tragedies,” long considered the group’s signature song. Wilson left the band after the world tour following their first album. Ryan left the group after the second album in 2008. Beautiful. Opportunity. Brendon and Spencer went on for two more albums, but the drummer ended up leaving the band in 2015.
