Horror movies so extreme they made you pass out and where to watch them – Netflix (Courtesy)
‘Terrifier 2’, believe it or not, is not the only horror movie that gained its fame because it caused hundreds of fainting spells in movie theaters. There are other titles that would leave Damien Leone’s story in its infancy. But be careful, because you should see these tapes at your own risk, and here we leave you the place where you can see all these tapes that you will surely never forget.
What’s better than a list of blackout horror movies, with what is probably one of the best films of the genre of all time, “The Exorcist”. William Friedkin’s story gained great fame when it was released in cinemas, due to many reports that people had passed out, had panic attacks, and even mass hysteria. Available on HBO Max and Amazon Prime Video.
Raw
One of the most extreme horror movies of late has been ‘Raw’, a tape that is definitely not made for the most sensitive stomachs. The story tells the life of a vegetarian girl who enters a veterinary school, where she eats meat for the first time, and awakens in her an instinct that until now had been kept hidden. Available on YouTube.
Swallow
It should come as no surprise that the story of a woman who eats dangerous objects has been listed as a horror movie so extreme it caused blackouts. Starring Haley Bennet, “Swallow” is about a pregnant girl with a strange condition that forces her to consume items that are dangerous to her and her baby, which can kill it inside her. Available on Amazon Prime Video.

mid summer
Nor were there any reports of people passing out trying to watch “Midsommar,” the Ari Aster film, starring Florence Pugh. Not so much for an unbearable horror story, which it sometimes is, but for its disturbing images at a certain moment, when the camera makes a movement game that can make the viewer’s head spin. Available on Netflix.
Irreversible
It may not be horror to use, but Gaspar Noé’s ‘Irreversible’ raises a story with Monica Bellucci that could give anyone nightmares. Not only for the play of the cameras, but also for one of the most brutal moments to watch, when the protagonist is abused and there is no turning away until the terrible act is over. Available on video-on-demand.
sinister revenge
And finally another film which, for more or less the same reasons as the previous one, is quite unbearable to watch. ‘Sinister Revenge’ is a revenge story about Lutz, a girl who goes on a road trip with the boy and her friends, but they mistreat her and leave her in the desert thinking she is dead. Available on Netflix, Apple TV and YouTube.
