Every presenter, performer and nominee at this year's Emmy Awards will leave with a gift bag worth more than $27,000, courtesy of a gifting suite put on by Distinctive Assets. Only a handful of stars will take home Emmy gold, but the company's founder, Lash Fary, says almost everyone gets to leave a winner.

The swag bag includes Swarovski crystal-encrusted Motorola earbuds, a titanium smart ring from RingConn, and a gift certificate to the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center. The single priciest item is a Privacy Concierge service from Ironwall by Incogni, valued at $10,000.

The Daily Mail got a sneak peek of the full haul, along with comments from Fary about the operation behind it.

"The Emmys Giving Suite is a thank you from the Television Academy to presenters/performers, a further congratulations to nominees and most importantly a way for television's most acclaimed stars to support the Television Academy Foundation. It's a beautiful full circle of giving and receiving," Fary told The Daily Mail.

What's inside the bag

The bag is packed with items for every taste. It includes a Television Academy Foundation-branded HydroJug, a blanket from Minky Couture, toys, candy, supplements, a jacket from PETA x Save The Duck, and Ballet's Cryptocurrency Cold Storage. There is also Alaskan seafood with an accompanying cookbook, and products from RoC Skincare, Helight Sleep, Jennifer Lane Beauty, Garnier, Essie and Dove.

Fary said every product has to meet one simple test before it makes the cut. "It's a combination of products and services I love and use in my real life along with brands who submit their gifts for consideration. The simple evaluation process is whether or not I'd give that gift to someone in my real life," he said.

The gifts are handed out to nominees, presenters and performers who visit the Emmys Giving Suite backstage, either during rehearsal days or on the day of the show, according to Fary.

Unforgettable backstage moments

Fary said the suite has produced some memorable moments that television audiences never see. "While more cool than surprising, it was particularly amazing when Emmy winners would pop into the Giving Suite after winning their Emmys and doing press," he said.

He recalled last year's ceremony, when Hannah Einbinder and Katherine LaNasa walked into the suite still holding their Emmys. "When Hannah Einbinder and Katherine LaNasa walked into the Giving Suite holding their Emmys last year, the room erupted in touching applause," Fary said. "It's that surreal Hollywood moment where you're watching someone win an Emmy (on the monitor backstage) for a performance you loved and then a few minutes later they're standing in your presence."

Giving back to the Television Academy

Beyond the swag, the gifting suite also raises money for the Television Academy. "We write a check to the Foundation (a percentage of vendor fees) and also raise money via CharityBuzz for auction lots (like signed memorabilia and a chance to purchase your own Emmys Gift Bag)," Fary said.

"Again this year, we'll be donating over $100,000 to the Television Academy Foundation to support their wonderful educational programs," he added.

A ceremony full of snubs and surprises

This year's Emmy ceremony is shaping up to be must-watch TV. The nominations were announced in July, and several of Hollywood's biggest names were caught up in the surprises.

Sydney Sweeney was a main fixture on season three of HBO's Euphoria, but it was not enough to earn her a Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series nomination. Her rumored rival Zendaya, however, did earn a nomination for Best Lead Actress in a Drama Series.

Jeremy Allen White was also a notable snub, having won Best Lead Actor in a Comedy Series in both 2023 and 2024 for his role in The Bear. Meanwhile, HBO's The Pitt earned a whopping 25 nominations, including Best Drama Series and a Lead Actor in a Drama Series nod for Noah Wyle.

Stranger Things was left out of the Best Drama Series category and every acting category, including for stars Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour.

The 2026 Emmy Awards will air live on NBC and Peacock on Monday, September 14, at 8pm EST/5pm PST.
