David Rodriguez, the physiotherapist and partner of Spanish television personality Anabel Pantoja, has warned his followers that a hacker has taken control of his clinic's professional Instagram profile.
The account, which has an audience of more than 45,000 followers, typically provides information about physical ailments and anatomy, as well as advice on improving posture.

Followers became suspicious in recent days when the profile unexpectedly began promoting cryptocurrency investments through a third-party website, alongside advertisements for high-end cars.
Rodriguez confirmed that a hacker had compromised the business account. He said that while he had managed to regain control and change his password, the hacker remained inside the system.
Fraudulent posts
The physiotherapist said he feared losing control of the profile again because hacking was the perpetrator's job.
He added that even if he recovered the account entirely, he would likely delete it. Rodriguez said he had lost trust in the platform's security and did not want to risk a repeated breach.
He apologised to anyone who had fallen into the hacker's trap or been inconvenienced by trusting his word.
Rodriguez stressed that he had no responsibility for the fraudulent publications, pointing out that the material was highly unusual for his page and that he had never posted about cars or cryptocurrency before.
Business impact
The hacker continues to try and access the profile, threatening an online community that took Rodriguez years to build.
Social media profiles have become a fundamental communication and promotional tool for 21st-century businesses, acting as a modern equivalent to traditional word of mouth.
Rodriguez has historically sought to keep his distance from the public eye, despite his high-profile relationship with Pantoja, who is the niece of singer Isabel Pantoja.
He rarely agrees to speak with the press and maintains strict privacy settings on his personal social media accounts, only allowing approved followers to view his posts.
