The night of March 31, 1993, the film crew of the movie The Crow became fatal. There was a murder on the site. According to the script, actor Michael Massey grabbed a gun and shot the main character. No one expected the gun to be loaded with a blank cartridge. The actor died 12 hours later.
We are talking about a successful artist Brandon Lee, at the time of the tragic events he was 28 years old. By that time, director Alex Proyas had already finished shooting, the last scenes remained. Then he did not yet suspect that they would have to be “sculpted” with the help of students.
Few people know that Brandon was the son of movie actor and martial artist Bruce Lee, the Washington Post recalls. Fans never tire of claiming that the heir partly repeated the tragic fate of his star father – he left young at the peak of his fame, because Bruce died at the age of 32, and the circumstances of his death still remain a mystery.
