For his bachelorette hole, the actor asks 30 million dollars (almost 2 billion rubles). He just bought this mansion for a different amount: the property then cost him $19.2 million (1.1 billion rubles). That reports the Daily Mail.
According to the publication, the Affleck mansion has seven bedrooms, a movie theater, a gym, nine bathrooms, a dining room, a spa treatment room, a butler’s room, a huge office with a bar, and much more.
