A favorite Queensland getaway from visiting superstars like Johnny Depp and Pink is up for auction next month.
While there’s no pricing guide for the three-bedroom Oak Beach property, it will likely sell for more than $2 million when it goes under the hammer on July 28.
The current owner is Australian entrepreneur Naomi Simson, an investor in Channel 10’s Shark Tank, who bought the house for $1.88 million nearly eight years ago, Real Estate.com.au reported.

Simson and her husband, Stuart King, used the 607m2 property as their shelter, located just 10 minutes from Port Douglas, during the Covid quarantine.
Now they are selling because they want to travel.
Before the pandemic, the couple rented the luxury resort as a vacation home to luxury clients like Pink and Depp for $1,000 per night.
Located in a trendy zip code on a private street, the beach house has a resort feel with uninterrupted ocean views.

The 1.5 km long beach in front of the resort is known for attracting celebrities.
Peter Allen once owned a property on the same street, while Natalie Imbruglia got married on the beach there.
Prior to his time on Shark Tank, Simson made a fortune with the RedBalloon brand.
Founded in 2001, the company offers its customers “gifts of experience” ranging from workshops to skydiving.
