EXCLUSIVE: Alexander O’Neal bonded with Katie Price while starring in Celebrity Big Brother in 2015 and explained why he thinks many people may have a misconception of the star.
Legendary soul singer Alexander O’Neal shared his thoughts on his former Celebrity Big Brother co-star Katie Price.
Alexander and Katie starred in the 2015 series alongside Katie Hopkins and Perez Hilton.
Speaking of the reality TV icon, Alexander said exclusively: “We got along very well, in fact I sang at his last wedding.
“We were actually going to do a duet together, but it never happened. I would have liked to do something with Katie Price, it would have been a great experience. “
She continued: “I admire her for overcoming the obstacles she has encountered, she has had all these children and one autistic child and she is so dedicated to all these children. She is a really good mother.”
“He gets a bad rap most of the time because he’s trying to keep up with a generation that maybe isn’t quite his generation, but he thinks it’s because he dresses like that, acts like that and does all of that.
He also explained why he thought people wouldn’t like it, saying, “But he’s a really good, down-to-earth person, and just because he doesn’t mince words, a lot of people don’t like it, especially the UK likes that. you are ‘courteous’.
“They’d rather you stay there in that corner and keep your mouth shut and you’ll be fine. But anyway, I enjoyed being with her and thought she was a very nice and lovely person.”

Alexander, 68, is ready to perform at the next “The giants of the soul” tour. as well as other great soul groups of the 70s, 80s and 90s.
Alexander said of his excitement for the upcoming tour: “This concept, Giants of Soul, seemed great to me and it’s great to be a part of it. I’m looking forward to coming to the UK, and especially England, my fans always give me so much love. “
“London is my favorite city, we lived there for a while, I love England.
“All my fans here are very loyal and it’s a very special thing because they grow up with you and age with you too. It’s nice to see we still have the same relationship. “
