It recently became known that the artist will be featured in the film “Red, White and Royal Blue”. There she got the role of President of the United States. Also now Uma is filming in the thriller “Killing Room”. Her colleagues on set were Samuel L. Jackson, with whom she worked on Pulp Fiction, and her daughter Maya Hawke.
But it seems that the star will not stop there. Along with Henry Golding, Charlize Theron, Matthias Schoenaerts and others, Uma Thurman will appear in the second part of the Netflix filmstrip The Immortal Guard.
The film shows the story of mercenaries endowed with the ability to regenerate. For centuries immortal warriors have guarded the peace of mankind. Suddenly, the heroes learned about the new owner of the same superpowers as them.
The Immortal Guard is based on the comic book of the same name by Greg Rucka and Lenardo Fernandez. The project will be directed by Victoria Mahone, who was an assistant on the ninth episode of Star Wars, Deadline writes.
