Ballard dives into old studies and is confronted with dangerous secrets and systemic corruption, and also turns to the veteran – Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver) for help to survive and protect his team.
Maggie Kew admitted in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that in the modern TV company everything is very unpredictable and tries not to apply expectations:
“I don’t feel that everything has already been decided. Now the industry is not the same as before – they can close the show in two seconds, even if the lives and fate of people are dependent on it. Of course we have a scenario room, the scenarios are already working, and the arc of the second season looks very interesting, but I saw very interesting, but I saw already.”
Despite all the caution of the actress, the course of events – the reaction of fans and the support of critics and the decision on tax benefits – is clear to the Ballard side. The question is now only in official confirmation.
