Apple TV+ officially expanded the dramatic thriller “suspicion of innocent” for the second season in July 2024. But the continuation will not be the same as the fans expected: the story of the public prosecutor to grow Sabich (Jake Jillenhale) is completed, and the new season will offer the public a completely different things and the new main character.
Which is already known about the 2nd season
- The date of the premiere has not yet been announced, but about the release should wait in early 2026.

The suspect, Jack Millman, demands that she defends him and refuses to provide any proof. The situation is complicated by the fact that in this case the public prosecutor is the spouse of Leila.
The makers have kept the details a secret so far, but it is already clear that the second season will become part of the anthology – in the spirit of the White Lotus, where new seasons tell independent stories, and the maximum – leave small references to earlier events.
Peter Sarsgard, who played the role of Tommy Maido in the first season, honestly allowed in the interview of Indiewire:
“I am not particularly interested in continuation. I think I am a one -year -old man.”
Insiders, however, do not rule out that one or two of the character from the first part can still return for a ligament with the history of the past.
The debut of the suspicions of innocence was the most popular dramatic series of the platform for Apple TV+ and brought the project four nominations to Emmy, including the best male role for Gylchol. On this wave it was decided to continue, even before the final release.
