If you are still sure that the most terrible stories about murders are a script for the screenwriters, then you just didn’t get to the “secret”.
The 2016 Netflix mini series slid past a wide audience, but the fans of the real crime genre have long become a cult. And not in vain: for four episodes, he not only succeeds in telling a crime, but to shake seriously.
In the center of the plot is Colin Hauwell, a respected dentist from North Ireland, and his mistress Heisel Bucanan, a school teacher. Together they commit a cold -bled double murder, the victims of which are their own spouses. And more importantly: the makers do not pull on the intrigues. The viewer from the very beginning knows who is to blame and why. And then it is only to see how two are absolutely just in the appearance of life destroyed to the end.
Unlike the usual criminal dramas, the “secret” works as

Omu: does not investigate, but opens. The atmosphere of inevitability, disgust and growing horror makes viewing almost physically uncomfortable – but it is impossible to break away. It is this effect that spectators most often notice.
“Powerful and destroyed in all parameters. Nesovable crime that causes a storm of emotions. It is worth watching – and being surprised,” they write in the reviews.
The most important roles are played by James Nesbitt and Genevieve O’Rali, and the script is written by the laureate of Bafta Stuart Urban. The director is Nick Murphy. The project collected various Telenagrad and achieved the highest figures of British critics, but remained almost unnoticed in the rest of the world.
