Until now, some graduates from Harry Potter Hollywood are comfortable, others, to say the least, have been lost against the background of general success.
While Emma Watson Greta Gervig Filming, Daniel Radcliffe-in Musicals, television and amazing indie films, and Rupert Grint proves that it can be a dramatic actor, Tom Felton, the same Draco Malfidus continues to do everything that his career finally lost in the Harry Potter’s.
This week one of the most important anti -records of Felton was reminded of the network: Stratton: First Task (2017), in which he played one of the secondary roles, is proud of 0% of “freshness” on Rotten Tomatoes. No positive assessment of critics. None. However, the audience was slightly softer and gave the film no less than 23% (in Kinopoisk he had an estimate of 4.6 out of 10).

The project was conceived as a Pathos British response to the Hollywood spionage franchises, but in the end it turned out to be so empty that it was even boring to crack it. One of the reviewers admitted:
“I would like to hate this film. But it is so faceless that even this didn’t work. It’s just boring to yawn.”
Felton could finally leave the image of Malfidus, unlike his colleagues. His appearance in the “rebellion of the planet of monkeys”, where he again plays a mean type, looks more like a cameo than to restart his career. There were other projects – from CW series to films, the existence of which only IMDB and family members of the producers remember.
Felton recently returned to the role of Draco – this time in the Broadway production “Damn Child”. The theater seems a step forward, but fans took this as a return to the good old fanservice.
Someone even called it ‘the acting equivalent of going back to parents’.
The contrast with the rest of the franchise participants is striking. Radcliffe, Watson and Grint in recent years, Joan Rowling, who clearly sketches his position in connection with his scandalous statements, distanced them. Felton chose to stay away – and this did not add any points in the eyes of the audience.
So the photo turns out to be strange: on the one hand, an actor, still with grateful remembering from Harry Potter, on the other, is a man who has never noticeably played in 13 years, except the most disastrous action film of the decade.
