Lizzo published the collage in social networks “before and after” shared the details of her transformation – and at the same time tried to stop rumors that the issue here is supposedly in drugs for diabetics. In particular, we are talking about ovorp – it is with him that today they associate almost every quickly weight loss at the star. Lizzo claims: she was lost herself, discipline, regime and training.

After accompanied the post with a frank remark, the singer painted her daily routine and diet. Photo “for”, according to her, was taken after the first session of the lymphatic drainage massage. In the photo “After” – a recent selfie from the mirror. The signature for the post is unambiguous: “I plow like a damned.”

That is what she thinks is included in the daily regime:

• Train three times a week
• Daily cardio and sauna
• Refusal of sweet drinks, soft drinks and chips
• Bring meat back to the diet
• Working with a personal cook who follows food
• Refusal of alcohol (although Lizzo admits that I recently started drinking again)
• Active walks, beach, walking, dancing and table tennis
• Detox once a month
• Massage and Lymph Drainage

It is interesting that a few weeks ago, in the Podcast of Just Trish, Lizzo nevertheless said she had “tried” drug methods – including the same cabin. But based on the current message, it is up to him that she is not going to bet.
