Marvel Studios will soon start large shootings in the UK, and one of the most important locations will be a place that few may have thought of.

The recordings of the new Marvel film are held straight under the windows of the Windsor Castle – and for this the studio pays several million pounds to the royal family. According to the sun, we are talking about locations in the Windsor Park – this is a huge territory that formally belongs to the prince, but open to visit.

The film is called “Avengers: Judgement Day”, it will be the first crossover of the franchise since 2019. Filming started this summer, around 300 people are involved in the work. Part of the crew is literally next to the castle – but King Charles himself will not appear on the site. According to reports, he will be in his home in Scotland during filming.

The amount of the transaction is not officially announced, but the sources say: we are talking about “several millions” that go for the maintenance of the park. Given that the previous large -scale crossover, Avengers: Final, has collected more than two billion dollars, this is really a cent for Marvel.

Just as the Source of the Sun emphasized: “A few million is a small matter for Marvel. Their films bring billions.”

Filming in the UK is not something new for the studio: Marvel actively uses Pinewood Studios and the surroundings of London. But the rental of the royal country is a precedent. It is interesting that two facades are built on documents on the site at the same time: one is somehow connected to Luke Cage, the second with a new heroine called Annie Reynolds. Because this is due to the plot, it is still unknown – Marvel traditionally keeps everything secret for the premiere.

Charles is not interested in superhero films, but is formally a cartridge of the British Institute of Cinema. Prince William leads Bafta and repeatedly visited Film Premières. It is therefore possible that someone from the family will watch the site because of interest.
