Elton John has shared secrets about the royal family after having known them well for years, with the singer performing regularly at their big events.

The singer recorded a heartfelt rendition of Your Song for Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, which was screened at Buckingham Palace during the star-studded concert.

Elton met Princess Diana at Prince Andrew’s 21st birthday party at Windsor Castle in 1981, and the couple immediately bonded.

The singer recalled finding herself on the dance floor with the Queen, who was celebrating while carrying her bag.
