Millions leave: how much Kirkorov will lose after the cancellation of the concert in Pyatigorsk

The singer was denied access to one of the city’s halls.

Philip Kirkorov could lose millions of rubles because of the scandal with the cross.

The story of the scandalous song with an inverted cross to the song “Mary Magdalena” failed on Philip Kirkorov three weeks later. His concert at the Pyatigorsk Philharmonic on June 19 was canceled due to complaints from believers.

The artist certainly does not have to count on compensation, producer Leonid Dzyunik is sure.

“He cannot demand a penalty. From whom to demand? I think he has already received an advance of the compensation. Be calm,” the concert director told PopCornNews.

According to Dzyunik, Kirkorov will not perform in Pyatigorsk in the near future. Yes, and the current cancellation is costing the king of pop a pretty penny.

“On average, his performance at a company party and other ‘reserve’ costs about 70 thousand dollars. When on tour – 30-35 thousand dollars. That is, one cancellation costs about 30 thousand dollars. Of course, this is tangible money for him. Remember, he lost thirty,” says the producer.

The opposite opinion was expressed by lawyer Yulia Verbitskaya-Vinnik. She believes that under the contract the Philharmonic is obliged to make good the losses.

“The whole Philip Kirkorov show is a very expensive product. The artist pays a salary to the team: clients, artists, stage workers. I am sure that Kirkorov’s expenses are very considerable. I think he will demand compensation somehow,” said Verbitskaya-Vinnik.
