The 45-year-old radio presenter, who has been soaking up the sun on a luxury holiday this week, wore a zebra-print swimsuit and matching shirt for the first part of the clip, which was shared on Instagram on Thursday.
Myleene smiled for the camera as she rode her bike, wearing her brunette locks and covering her eyes with sunglasses.
The video joked about her “quick transition on the bike” and was then edited to show the former Hear’Say singer in a colorful floral swimsuit and kimono cover-up.
The radio presenter tied her locks into a braid as she rode her white bike along a pier.

Myleene showed off her phenomenal figure again on Wednesday, this time in a yellow swimsuit as she braved a storm on a catamaran.
Myleene appeared on I’m A Celebrity All Stars last year and told how she suffered brutal shame during her time in the group Hear’Say.
She said: “I’ve had managers say, ‘You’re the worst pop group’… instead of saying we’ve got talent.”
“I could play any piano sonata, read any music and play most instruments that were put before me.” [but] it came down to the simple fact that they were “the worst band in pop”.
“We even got flowers from Elton John, who said we were the ugliest pop band.” He sent us sad flowers and I thought: “You are a god to me… oh.” It was a different time in history. “
Myleene went on to say that she first experienced fat-shaming when she was cast in the West End production of Miss Saigon and was asked to lose weight in front of 24 male cast members.
“I wasn’t pulled aside, I just stood there and it consumed me,” she said.
But when Myleene starred in I’m A Celebrity, she sent viewers wild as she showed off her figure in a white bikini.
Of her famous white bikini from the 2006 series, she said: “I think it’s hilarious that the pictures of me are there forever.” It was so innocent at the time.
“But after I did the show I saw the picture and thought ‘Gosh, that looks glamorous’ but it certainly didn’t feel that way – quite the opposite!”
