“Yes, it’s all fixed, luckily I’ve already done that,” she replied to a fan who asked her if she was happy with her “double bubble” solution.
Skye posted the caption alongside a picture showing off her redesigned chest as she posed with partner Lachlan Waugh.
The former reality star also showed off her breast augmentation, posing in a series of bikinis while on holiday in Fiji.

The controversial influencer is getting another breast job after years of trying to repair a botched breast augmentation she had in 2015 when she signed an endorsement deal with a medical tourism company in Thailand.
She wanted to have larger implants inserted to avoid a breast lift to repair her “double bladder” – meaning a breast implant sits deeper than the original breast crease.
In her Instagram Stories, the mother of two said she was desperate to show her breasts online so her followers could see how misshapen they were and why she wanted more surgeries.
To get around this, Skye said that she would be happy to send photos or videos to any of her fans who want to see them, and they can also send her pictures of their breasts.

Skye told her fans: “It’s about time, we’ll refresh the girls next week, I’ll Dr. “To see Richardson, he had so many pictures of breasts on his website that I enjoyed looking at.”
“The plan is for me to grow a little taller to avoid the elevator.” I wish I could show you the whole thing, but that’s what I do with girls in my DMs. “So if you want to see a picture or video of my breasts, just DM me and we’ll exchange pictures of our breasts.”
Skye said she got 500cc implants, which The Aesthetics Society says is on the high end of the large range.
She continued: “So my right breast is 425cc and my left breast is 350cc and I honestly feel like they look the same size so being 75cc bigger isn’t going to make much of a difference.
“I really trust @brisbaneplasticsurgery, I trust his judgement.”

Wheatley previously spoke to Daily Mail Australia about the ordeal and warned young girls not to be lured by the promise of cheap plastic surgery abroad. He said, “Don’t stay in Australia, it’s not worth it.”
She added: “If something goes wrong, you have to pay for a new flight to fix the problem. “Do your research, I wish I did mine better.”
“I want my old breasts back because the repair work will be too expensive and more complicated than having it done in Australia.”
