The former couple married in 2007 and were married for more than a decade before splitting in 2021.
Just two weeks earlier, on her podcast Busy Philipps Is Doing Her Best, she recalled a story about how her daughter Birdie had a seizure at her boarding school in Sweden.
She explained that Birdie had traveled to Stockholm with a friend to watch a movie together when the incident occurred.
Philipps recalled being on FaceTime with her daughter and said it was “terrifying to see how she was doing.”
She said Birdie’s boyfriend held the camera so Philipps could see what happened.
“She put her hand out to the camera and just said she was calling for me,” she added.
