Politicians have often argued with each other.
Business coach and writer Irina Khakamada had to speak personally in debates with Vladimir Zhirinovsky during her political career.
The LDPR leader died on April 6 after a long illness. Many colleagues speak differently about his work. Someone considered him a prophet, someone – just a clown.
Khakamada saw him as a very versatile person. On stage, Vladimir Volfovich was emotional, and in personal conversations – a calm, educated and intelligent counterpart. The celebrity recalled how Zhirinovsky once bullied her and even called her a bum.
“He was the first to call me a homeless MP because I had no faction. He invited me to his house and joked: “What are you, poor thing, are you wearing a coat, we will give you a fur coat,” Khakamada said in an interview on RTVI News’ YouTube channel.
