Paris Hilton surprised her fans on Thanksgiving by announcing that she gave birth to a baby girl named London.
The 42-year-old star shared the happy news by posting a pink baby outfit with the caption “London”, revealing the gender and name of her little one. “Grateful for my baby girl,” the heiress wrote in the caption.
After initially confusing fans by not revealing whether the baby was on the way or already born, Paris clarified in a TikTok comment that her daughter had already arrived, writing: “My princess has arrived!!”
This is her second child with husband Carter Reum (42). The couple welcomed son Phoenix via surrogacy in January.

After announcing the news on Instagram, Paris posted a sweet video of her niece and nephew on her TikTok asking, “Are you excited about your new nephew?”
“Do you have two babies?” they asked.
“I have two babies,” she confirmed. In the clip, she was seen holding her son.
“Priceless moments: family is everything,” she captioned the clip.
Although the news of the birth of their second child was quite a surprise, the name itself was not.
Hilton opened up on a live chat episode of her podcast on March 1 that she would have chosen the name London if she had ever had a daughter more than a decade ago.
“I’m so excited that one day Phoenix will have a sister named London. It’s my favorite city and I’ve always wanted to name my daughter London,” she said.
“I actually chose that name for a long time, probably more than ten years.” I’ve always wanted London. I love this name for my daughter,” she added.
Named after the French capital, the heiress clearly wanted to keep alive the tradition of naming cities after her children and admitted that coming up with Phoenix wasn’t easy.

“It was hard to choose (Phoenix) because the names of a lot of the cities I like just don’t sound right,” she said.
“Just as Ibiza would be strange as a child’s name, so would Vegas.” It’s hard to come up with a cute city name for a boy. Except London, (because) it works for both,” she said.
An episode of their reality show Paris in Love revealed that Paris and Carter told literally no one about Phoenix, not even their own families.
In the video, Carter can be seen riding with Paris in the passenger seat. She tells him, “If people found out, there would be paparazzi all over Cedar (Sinai). I hope and pray that no one tells at the hospital.”
“If anyone recognizes me, we’ll pretend it’s our cousin,” Paris says, as Carter jokes. “We can’t blow our cover now, we’ve done so well.”
Paris is then seen in a confessional in her walk-in closet and says, “Literally nobody knows anything about her baby.”
“No one in this house knows.” None of the people who work at my media company know. My friends don’t know. My own family doesn’t know,” she revealed.
