Natalie Bassingthwaighte has revealed her new romance with a woman after recently splitting from husband Cameron McGlinchey after 13 years of marriage.
The 47-year-old Rogue Traders singer said the woman she started dating after her split “makes my heart smile.”
She also revealed that Cameron, 48, already knew about her new relationship before the actor made the announcement on Sunday’s Stellar Podcast.
“I’m in a beautiful relationship with a woman who makes my heart smile and makes me very happy,” she said.
As media interest in her split from her ex-partner increased, Natalie said she immediately called Cameron “hysterically” because she was afraid she would be exposed.

A representative for Natalie confirmed to Daily Mail Australia that the singer has sold her home in Melbourne to move to Byron Bay.
According to The Daily Telegraph, Natalie chose to rent in the coastal town.
While it’s not known how much their Melbourne property sold for, the couple originally put it up for auction a decade ago for just over $2.5 million.
