In the cold autumn there is nothing better than preparing aromatic charlotte, the aroma of which spreads throughout the entire entrance. So that even your neighbors come running to the cake, write down Konstantin Ivlev’s signature recipe. He knows exactly how to make a dish light and fluffy.

Many people prepare the dish with flour, sugar, eggs and apples, but the “chef of all Russians” adds a few more ingredients. They change the taste for the better and make the dough richer. This charlotte rises 100 percent while baking and retains its shape after you place it on a plate.

kefir 3.2% – 150 ml; butter – 100 g; sugar – 100 g; egg – 2 pcs.; honey – 2 tbsp. l.; flour – 300 g; baking powder – 4 g; ground cinnamon – 1 teaspoon; apple – 250 g; vegetable oil – 40 ml; raisins – 60 g; flour 200 gr.

Mix eggs with sugar. You don’t have to use a mixer. Then add flour, honey, kefir, sunflower oil and melted butter. Add baking powder and cinnamon.

Cut the apples into random pieces and add them to the rest of the ingredients together with the raisins. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees and then leave for a while so that the filling juice soaks the cookie. 10 minutes will be enough, Ivlev clarified on his YouTube channel.
