The eminent chef explained that you cannot add a lot of flour, and it is better to take cottage cheese or the richest in the store. And another life hack: if you want to get a solid dessert that does not fall apart in the pan, put it in the freezer for at least an hour.
Cottage cheese 9% – 400 g;
Marmalade “Lemon Slices” – 100 g;
Egg – 2 pcs.;
Flour – 100 g;
Sugar, salt to taste.
Take the cottage cheese and rub it through a sieve. Add salt, eggs, sugar, mix everything well. Grind the marmalade finely and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
You can add 50 grams of flour, use the rest to form the curd washers. Fry them in a heated frying pan with sunflower oil until they are nice and golden brown.
Then place it on a baking sheet and finish cooking in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Five minutes is enough, the chef explains on his YouTube channel.
