Yesterday, October 16, the channel RU.TV started broadcasting the second season of the unprecedented reality show “Supernova”.
In this project, fourteen participants from different parts of Russia will have the opportunity to express themselves, but only one of them will ultimately receive 10 million rubles to implement their own business plan and help from RU.TV.
Last year, RU.TV, in collaboration with MTS, presented the debut season of this show. Subsequently, more than two thousand girls indicated that they were willing to participate. Twenty of them were then able to develop their entrepreneurial ideas in detail thanks to collaboration with specialists. The victory was finally won by a resident of Vologda, Evgenia Eleskina, whose idea was to develop distance learning for children.
This year the number of applications has already exceeded three thousand. The competent committee selected fourteen candidates.
The head of MTS, Vyacheslav Nikolaev, said that the company entrusted to him is a pioneer in promoting business initiatives among women in the form of a television show. The official noted that the MST ecosystem is highly qualified in B2B services, able to identify prospects for business projects and has the best resources to promote small entrepreneurs. The involvement of recognized specialists, established businessmen and MST experts in “Supernova” will be an excellent help for any business project.
The chief producer of the RU.TV channel, Mikhail Bogomolov, noted that the first season of “Supernova” received a strong response from the audience, especially among ambitious and creative women. This reality show is the answer to their need for self-realization and helps them believe in their capabilities. Bogomolov has no doubt that the new season will not only repeat, but even surpass its predecessor.
Yana Churikova again appeared as a presenter, who will become a faithful assistant for all participants. According to her, business reality is a wonderful format that allows you to dive into serious issues in a relaxed and digestible way. In fact, any Russian woman, with the right desire, can become an entrepreneur. Churikova admitted that it is not easy for her to remain neutral during the competition, as sympathy for the participants inevitably arises. She added that “Supernova” will interest not only entrepreneurs, but also ordinary viewers, because this show combines a competitive element with care for the participants.
In the second season, the ideas proposed by the girls are unusually diverse: an online resource for collecting alimony, the development of enzymes aimed at accelerating metabolism, the creation of a special center for people with eating disorders, the opening of a women’s football club, etc.
The head of Supernova, Nadezhda Lysenko, is sure that entrepreneurial spirit is somehow inherent in everyone, while the concept of the project assumes that participants develop their skills and personality. In this regard, the show will resonate with anyone determined to consistently conquer new heights. Lysenko also compared ‘Supernova’ to watching a thriller because of the tension of the events that take place.
The jury of the second season included blogger and owner of a large Russian car dealership Elena Lisovskaya, one of the leaders of MST Evgeny Chereshnev, as well as entrepreneurs who have achieved success in various fields Konstantin Ivlev, Alexander Belkovich, Elena Krygina, Alisa Bokha , Victor Pasternak, Vasily Smolny and Seda Kasparova. They are joined by MTS bosses Elena Melnikova and the aforementioned Nadezhda Lysenko.
