The first guests arrive at the armored wedding of Casilda Ybarra and ‘El Litri’

Miguel Báez ‘El Litri’ and Casilda Ybarra become husband and wife in the coming hours. The couple has opted for a discreet wedding that will be attended by some 250 guests, including the bullfighter’s three children, the result of his marriage to Carolina Herrera, who was already present at the couple’s marriage proposal. Seville is the setting the couple have chosen to celebrate the ceremony, specifically the Cortijo Carrascalejo, a bullfighter’s estate in Sanlúcar la Mayor, where they will celebrate this great day in strict privacy. This is Casilda’s first marriage and the second of ‘El Litri’, which we see in this image from the year 2018, with his ex-wife and their three children, Olimpia, Miguel and Atalanta, in his communion.

Carolina and Miguel were married on June 19, 2004, at a wedding attended by the most important figures in the bullfighting world and Spanish high society. The bride, daughter of the designer Carolina Herrera and the aristocrat Reinaldo Herrera, and the groom, bullfighter, son of a bullfighter and the Sevillian socialite Conchita Spinola. The pairing took place at sunset in Los Guateles, Badajoz, a dream meadow. How could it be otherwise, the bride wore a design from her mother.

After dinner was over, flamenco party that ended in the wee hours of the morning† The guests of one of the main jet-set weddings started dancing sevillanas until dawn. One of the great absentees at the wedding with Casilda Ybarra, the bullfighter Enrique Ponce, was the one who presented Miguel Báez and his ex-wife at the time. Their love was a storybook that ended in 2017, after 13 years of relationship.

Each has rebuilt his or her life after the divorce. One year after the divorce, Carolina started dating Francisco Bosch, who also has three children from his previous marriage to Magdalena Robirosa. For his part, the bullfighter has rebuilt his life with the one who will become his wife today, Casilda Ybarra. Here we see the first guests arriving at the farm where the ceremony will take place.
