Ezra Miller scolded a police officer for calling themselves “sir” and revealed that they had identified themselves as “non-binary transgender” at the time of their arrest in Hawaii in March.
In recently released body camera footage of TMZMiller’s arrest, he warned the officer that it would be an “intentional act of fanaticism” and a technical “hate crime” to no longer refer to them with proper pronouns.
Miller, 29, who uses her own pronouns and came out as queer in 2012, said in an interview with The Hollywood Journalist in 2018: ‘Queer just means no, I don’t. I don’t identify as a man. I do not identify as a woman. I can barely identify as a person.

Bodycam video released by TMZ shows the arrest at a bar in Hawaii

The video shows agents approaching Miller after a fight between Miller and a couple at the bar.

The video also shows them being tied to a police car by a police officer when they express concern about the development of their “nervousness” as a result of their music career.
The video, released by TMZ, begins with Miller being strapped to the car by the officer, where they voice their concerns that their “nerves” have been damaged by their music career.
“Please let me sit with my hands up so I don’t have nerve damage. I’m a musician, so the nerves in my hands are important to me. Please don’t hurt them. Please, please,” Ezra said.
“I have nerve damage from the police handcuffs of my life in New Jersey. I know not all of you are those cops. But please, please, don’t hurt my nerves in my hands again. It would be very, very bad for me,” Ezra continued.
Later, on the way, Ezra corrects the officer who calls them “gentlemen” during an argument about Hawaii.

“I’m not sir, I’m transgender non-binary, please don’t call me sir,” Ezra said.
“Okay, I was just trying to be respectful,” the officer explains.
“If you don’t do it again, this is an intentional act of fanaticism and is a technical hate crime under US federal law. Please call me them/they/them, you can use the term mix,” says Ezra.
After arriving at the station, Ezra asked the police officer to make sure the body’s camera was still on.
Is your body camera still on? Are you sure it’s still on?’ Ezra asked the officer, who was sure it was open.
Later, Ezra complained of pain when the police officer asked Ezra to lean against the wall that was lifting a clock and other object.

“It will hurt my wound, so please don’t. Damn it,’ they said without raising their voices at first.
“Oh damn man! Ah!’ they said.
Miller was arrested on March 28 for allegedly spitting in someone’s face at a bar during a darts game in Hilo, Hawaii.
The images released by TMZ are the latest images released by the body camera of the accident.
In body-cam footage released last week of their arrest in the village of Margarita, the enraged actor complained that the police officers were real victims of assault, before asking for their full names and badges.
Weeks after this incident, Miller was arrested a second time in Hawaii on suspicion of throwing a chair at a woman’s head after she refused to leave her home when asked.
“I was hacked for NFT art encryption. What’s your name and badge number?’ they say in bodycam footage.
Miller was talking about NFTs, which are digital images or videos that can be sold as works of art in their original format.

‘Tell me your name and badge number! Name and surname!
‘Tell me your name and badge number! Now tell me your name and badge number!
‘Have I been arrested for disorderly conduct? I’ve been attacked’, they’re smoking.
They then talked about the “Nineth Amendment right”, about “not being unlawfully prosecuted for an unspecified crime”.
They were warned for erratic behavior.
The seven-minute video also states that they are handcuffed and “Don’t touch my ring!” It shows that they are complaining.
Miller then refers to the “Ninth Amendment right” not to be prosecuted as “illegal” for an unidentified crime.
“I claim the right to have my fourth amendment not searched and confiscated.”
“Don’t touch my ring. Bye! You just touched my penis!
‘Please no! I’m a non-binary transgender, I don’t want to be called by a man!

“These are nerve weapons. They’re fake, they’re toys.
“Please don’t take them off, the flash ring means a lot to me. So valuable.’

Miller is shown again in another criminal photo one month after the March 29 incident
The arrest was one of many for Miller.
They were arrested for throwing a chair at someone’s head at a party in April.
This is what the woman who was allegedly assaulted by Miller saw, left with a scar on her forehead after being struck by a chair that Miller said she had thrown.
Miller was charged with second-degree assault in the incident.
The day after Warner Bros. were arrested for spitting in someone’s face, they held an emergency meeting to shut down the projects they were involved in.
The March incident began when Miller allegedly slandered a 23-year-old woman who was singing karaoke. The actor also tried to get the microphone for half of the song.
Later that night, Miller jumped over a 32-year-old man playing darts at the bar. Eventually, the police were called in to deal with the star, who was getting out of control.
A local couple who met Miller at a local farmer’s market and allowed him to stay at the actor’s home released Miller on $500 bail after arresting him, Radar reported.
After returning home from prison, the husband, whose name has not been released, said Miller was depressed and threatened his wife saying, “I’m going to bury you and your goddamn wife.”

Miller poses for photographers as he arrives for the premiere of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald at a cinema in central London on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. Since then, the actor has suspended his Warner Bros projects.
Miller also made headlines in January by posting a now-deleted video on Instagram threatening members of the Ku Klux Klan operating in Beulaville, North Carolina.
Miller told the Klan members to kill themselves with their own weapons, otherwise “we’ll do it for you if that’s what you want.”
Miller also held a meeting with the law when they were arrested for drug possession in 2011.
The 19-year-old actor was then a passenger in a vehicle in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, when they were arrested, and police discovered 20 grams of marijuana on them.
A judge would later drop the drug charges, but they were charged with misconduct twice and fined $600.
